About Scotty:

Scotty Ginett has lived in the City of Rochester since 2009, and grew up nearby in Sodus, NY. He is a homeschool graduate, and has held different positions in local companies- both in the banking and staffing industries. Prior to rejoining M&T Bank in 2018, he held the position of Director of Operations at a local staffing firm, where he managed day to day operations, launched two new websites, lead business development, wrote two new employee handbooks, handled the monthly sales tracking and audit reports, launched the digital onboarding system, and directed the human resources aspects of the company. He has almost 10 years of experience in the banking industry, and has focused heavily on the operational aspects of banking- audit, reducing risk, and branch operations.

Scotty is passionate about volunteerism, politics, the Rochester community, and encouraging others to make positive changes in the world. His favorite quote is “In a gentle way, you can shake the world.” Gandhi
